What a week this is turning out to be.Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor was a picture of pure style as he pimped it up on his arrival at the City of Manchester stadium earlier today.
Hughes, ever keen to made a good first impression, was rather surprisingly draped in a white robe as he greeted Emmanuel. Mistakenly he believed the player was from Toga, only to be informed by the bemused Adebayor the he's actually from Togo! The ancient Roman garment was totally unnecessary and quickly discarded. Oh, how they must have laughed.
The fee with his current employer Arsenal has been agreed. The 25 year old bean-pole should complete the transfer formalities shortly. What remains are the validation of his work permit & signature. According to the BBC his medical has already been passed.
Now what about J.T.!?

He's got to be arsed for the money he's getting paid or other wise he'll get binned. If we get 17 goals out of him, 17 tevez, 17 santa, then robbie then superman, not for gatting the boj, elano, w.p and barry Theres goals everywhere. Just so its known we'll finsh 4th this season. Not enough time to gell all these players plus we'll buy more in January. but next seasons the 1 for the top place and possibly champions league quarters or semi's. After that start think champions league winners.
