The City squad had the privilege of meeting Nelson Mandela yesterday.Nelson was presented with a Man City shirt with the number 91. His 91st birthday was last Saturday. The squad demonstrated their vocal talents by singing 'Happy Birthday' to the great man.
Stephen Ireland then did something quite extraordinary. Wearing a blond wig and figure hugging dress he did a sparkling solo rendition of 'Happy Birthday... Former President', which was reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe's famous performance for John F. Kennedy's 45th birthday celebration.
Yesterday also saw The Kaiser Chiefs defeat the Orlando Pirates 4-3 after penalties. This result means that the Chiefs will face City for the second time in five days when they meet in tomorrows final of the Vodacom Challenge.
Adebayor is set to feature.

The match kicks off at 2:00pm Saturday 25th July, coverage starting at 1:30pm.

Moyes a decent man surrounded by scousers, about the most dire result of long term inbreeding and self pity I have ever seen.
The half wits in thier idiotic self importance do not understand why they have not been bought out.
Maybe they all should look in the mirror, its plain to anyone outside the EEC funded bomb site of a small town, its thier "give it me for nothing attitude"
